Chemical Cake is my personal site where I collect recipes, write about technology, and post about culture and whatever else catches my attention.

The name has a history that you can read about here.

My recipes are historically the core of this site. I cook regularly and am interested in developing recipes that work around my low sodium, low cholesterol dietary restrictions. Some recipes are my own, others adapted, and many come from family and friends who have been generous enough to share them.

Beyond recipes, I sometimes post about topics I find interesting, including tech tips, DIY electronics, and other odds and ends that don’t fit neatly anywhere else. This site as a food blog that has a tendency to wander.

There’s a small amount of advertising and Amazon affiliate links to products I actually use. Neither amounts to much income, but if you end up clicking through and buy something, I appreciate it.
