Simple Low Sodium Bread Recipe
This recipe for low sodium white bread couldn’t be more simple.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- Water
Directions
- Combine flour and yeast in a bowl and whisk.
- Add enough water to form a dough ball.
- Knead for 5 minutes by machine or 10 minutes by hand.
- Let rise for at least one hour.
- Shape as desired.
- Preheat oven to 350F (176C).
- Bake for 30 minutes.
You can modify this recipe by adding a couple of sprays of water during baking to get a crispy crust or add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the dough for a softer loaf.
